The client had obtained Council approval for a development designed by others consisting of 87 apartments and 210m2 of commercial space. However due to onerous conditions of approval the development was considered unfeasible and JSA Studio was engaged to amend the design in order to eliminate the problem conditions, to negotiate the amendments through Council, and to document the amended design for construction.
