Gladstone Street Co-living is a proposed 14-storey development on a prominent corner site between Kogarah High School and Kogarah Station. The scheme includes 101 co-living rooms together with a mix of affordable housing, including two-bedroom and adaptable three-bedroom dwellings. Ground-floor retail activates the street edge, while curved forms and cantilevered elements break up the tower’s massing and create a dynamic profile. The building is finished in brick and textured concrete, with perforated metal shading devices introduced on the north-west elevation to improve performance and articulation.
