A large common room sits away from the street, opening onto outdoor communal areas framed by richly planted gardens. A compact service core maximises space for a generous entry foyer and circulation throughout the building.

The design incorporates louvre windows to enhance natural ventilation and balconies along the north façade. Planting across the roof terrace provides additional thermal insulation for the building while also contributing to on-site stormwater management.
